FLICK

Support

How can we help?

Flick's initial release supports iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. For personal support, email flickapp.feedback@gmail.com. Include the Flick version, device model, OS version, and what you expected to happen. Never send your Apple ID password or payment details.

Protect or move your data

  1. Open Flick on iPhone or iPad and choose Profile → Backups.
  2. Select a backup and choose Save to Files.
  3. Choose iCloud Drive or another Files folder you control.

Backups kept only inside Flick disappear if the app is deleted. When you restore, Flick first asks to back up the current data. Restoration stops if that safety backup cannot be created.

Move history from the previous Flick

Update and open Flick on the original iPhone that still contains the old history. Sign in and leave the app online while the migration and upload complete. A new phone cannot download history that exists only in the previous CloudKit store. Do not delete Flick or its data from the original phone until you have checked the migrated history and exported a backup.

Restore a previous purchase

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose Profile → Restore Purchases. Earlier purchases remain recognized; you should not be asked to buy the same capability again. If restoration fails, send the affected product, approximate purchase date, and a redacted Apple order reference if you choose. Purchase restoration does not restore old match history.

Reconnect Apple Watch

Delete your account

In Flick, open Profile → Delete Account and Data. Export anything you want to keep first. Deletion permanently removes the account's cloud profile, players, matches, friendships, shared posts, and uploaded profile photo. Backups you previously saved to Files remain under your control.

Privacy

Read the Flick Privacy Policy for details about data, Health access, sharing, backups, export, and deletion.
